I was so excited to photograph beautiful Kalia a few weeks ago. What a doll! Her mom worked at my sons preschool a few years back so it was really fun to meet her little one. Kalia is 10 months old and just a joy to photograph. Such a good little girl. Who can resist farm animals, mini cowboy boots and a pink tutu? So cute! I met up with this gorgeous family a few weeks back for some fun sunset family/ maternity photos at Po’olenalena Beach in Wailea. We have known each other for a while and I am always so excited to photograph my friends. I 1st photographed Alyssa when she was in her mommies tummy a few years ago..how exciting that I could photograph her brother in tummy too! These 3 were so mellow and easy to work with. I am so happy for them and their growing family. Alyssa really likes to pose for the camera..we had so much fun. Sarita was glowing in the sunset..very ready for her little boy to make an appearance soon. Kaneala is so mellow and calm..he just went with the flow..a very good daddy. Thanks so much you guys for allowing me to be a part of this exciting time in your lives…

See previous post & fast forward to 6 days ago >> this adorable little guy was hatched. I just adore teeny baby feet all wrinkly & cute, fuzzy little baby backs & itty bitty hands and fingers. A perfect way to start my day! His parents have not settled on a name yet..I think that is really awesome to meet the new member of your family and get to know him for a bit before you decide. Even at 6 days old you can tell that he has a very calm personalty. He only offered one little cry of protest at my clicking camera and other than that he followed his mothers soft voice around the room and posed quite perfectly for me. He was born at home..9lbs..he seems so tiny to me! Such a perfect, beautiful little boy. Congratulations Charla, Greg & Ezra! Thank you so much for having me capture this special time for you guys..
About a month ago I had the privilege of photographing a wonderful family. I have known them for quite some time and it is always so much fun to photograph friends! Charla was expecting her 2nd boy..she has to be a top contender for perfect pregnant person! We met at a beach near Paia and it was a super bright, blue day with nice trade winds to keep us cool. Charla’s Mom & niece joined us. We started with a few family portraits and ended with some baby bump shots. Thanks so much you guys for meeting up with me. Now for the pics….
While I was in Oahu last month I was able to meet up with family friends that were visiting from Oregon. We met up at Kailua Beach in the morning for some fun family pics. The boys are so cute. Giovanni has grown into a little man since I had seen him last. He had a constant smile on his adorable face.. This was my 1st time meeting Joao and what a doll! They were both so mellow and easy to photograph. Thanks so much Keoni & Sofia for meeting up with me..I am so glad that it all worked out and I was able to spend a bit of time with your beautiful family! Can’t wait to see you back in Hawaii soon.
