Donald & Cindy :: Makena Cove ~ Maui Wedding Photographer

I am so happy to share images from Donald & Cindy’s wedding that I shot this morning at the beautiful Makena Cove. They had an intimate ceremony surrounded by a small group of family and friends. It was a perfectly calm morning with the waves splashing behind them. The ceremony was lovely, with a few tears of joy and some laughter. Cindy looked radiant as she walked down the isle. Donald looked on with adoration in his eyes. It was so easy to see their love for one another. Sarah of Precious Maui Weddings did a wonderful job coordinating the event. After the ceremony we hung around Makena Cove for a few portraits then headed over to N. Maluaka Beach.. I love this area because it offers so many different settings to take photos in. Donald and Cindy are supermodels!! They were so much fun to photograph… I have never laughed so much =)  Thank you two so much..It was an honor to be a part of your day. Have an awesome Luau! Many thanks to the wonderfully talented Jana Morgan for all her help.

Steve & Kelly :: Haiku, Maui Wedding Photographer

i was so excited to photograph Steve & Kelly’s wedding back in April. I have known these two for quite a while and it is always fun to be a part of your good friends wedding. I started the day with Kelly at the salon..it is always so cool to watch the transformation of beautiful lady into stunning, elegant bride to be. Kelly looked radiant. They were married in Haiku at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses..they had a touching and beautiful ceremony as friends and family looked on. After the ceremony we headed to a private estate on Haiku for portraits.. it was gorgeous. Their reception was held at the Hannibal Tavares Center in upcountry Maui. Their friends and family worked so hard and transformed the center into a sparkling, elegant evening. Thank you so much you guys for having Nate & I capture your day..we wish you many, many years of happiness & laughter as husband and wife.
