Brian & Serene ~ Haena, Kauai Weddding

I was so excited to fly over to Kauai for Brian & Serene’s wedding in beautiful, lush Haena Kauai. I brought Nate along with me and we stayed a few days and explored the island. I met up with Brian and Serene a few hours before there ceremony was to start for pre-wedding portraits. We explored the area and found so many amazing areas right near the private estate where they were staying. We walked into the rain forest and found streams & vines. we stood near the dry caves at Heana but didn’t venture in due to the dirt. Kauai is such a gorgeous island…I was in photo heaven capturing all the surroundings along with a very wonderful couple. Brian & Serene were awesome to work with! They didn’t mind my crazy ideas and at the end of the evening they ventured into the water where a large wave soaked them…they kept kissing right through it all…what troopers!! They tied the knot right on the beach as a few family members looked on with love. after a few sunset pics a private dinner awaited them on the lanai. Thank you so much you two for having Nate and I capture your special day. It was so much fun. We wish you many new adventures and lots of fun in you your new life as husband and wife…

I have so many images to share…

Chad & Nalani ~ Po’olenalena Beach, Maui Wedding

Chad and Nalani renewed their vows for their 1 year anniversary here in Maui. I was so happy to be there to capture this special occasion for them. It was a bright sunny day with a nice breeze to keep us cool..we met at Po’olenalena Beach in Wailea where Chad and Nalani said their vows as friends and family gathered around and shared in their joy. After the ceremony and a few group portraits we headed over to the Wailea Marriott for a few sunset portraits followed by an intimate reception dinner. A few days after the wedding we met up again at Ulua Beach in Wailea for a few casual family portraits..Chad and Nalani have the most adorable little girl..it was so much fun capturing her exploring the sand and grass. Thank you so much Chad and Nalani for having us document your day and capture your memories. Congratulations! Joanna and I wish you many more years of happiness and love. Thanks so much to Joanna for all her help..

Robert & Crystal ~ Maui Tropical Plantation

I met Crystal at the Maui Bridal Fair back in July and was so happy that she chose me to capture her and Robert’s special day. We started the morning with a few getting ready shots of Crystal. Her hair was beautifully done by Dan Sanchez and her flawless makeup by Liz of Maui Makeup Artistry. Crystal looked stunning in her Maggie Soterro Gown. They tied the knot at the Maui Tropical Plantation surrounded by a lovely group of family and friends. Pia gave a wonderful ceremony filled with a few tears of joy and lots of heartfelt laughter. Congratulations Crystal & Rob! It was such a pleasure to be able to capture your day. I wish you two many more years of happiness in your new adventures as husband and wife. Much thanks to Joanna for all her help…

Donny & Jo-ann ~ Secret Beach, Makena

I was very happy to meet up with Donny and Jo-ann for their engagement photo session. We met at Secret Beach in Makena and were surprised that we pretty much had the beach to ourselves other than a few fishermen. It was such a beautiful day that ended with a vibrant sunset. Donny & Jo-ann are such a sweet couple..their love for each other was a joy to capture.  I am really looking forward to their wedding in November! Thank you so much you two for spending the evening with us. Many thanks to Joanna for all her help.

Rich & Krystal ~ Hula Girl Catamaran

A few weeks back I had the opportunity to photograph Rich and Krystal tying the knot on board the Hula Girl Catamaran. What an amazing experience! An intimate group of family and friends joined Rich & Krystal for their special day. We boarded the boat at sunny Kaanapali beach and cruised around the west side of the island. The captain set the anchor down in a small cove in Kapalua near the Ritz Carlton. Such a beautiful spot! The captain married Rich & Krystal in a very touching ceremony overlooking the ocean. After the ceremony guests enjoyed cocktails and watched the sun go down..then we set sail back to Kaanapali. Thank you so much Rich and Krystal for having me be a part of your special day. Much thanks to Joanna for sharing this adventure with me! Congratulations Rich & Krystal…
