The Conrad Family ~ Po’olenalena Beach, Wailea

I met up with the wonderful Conrad Family last week for some family portraits. It was a bit cloudy that evening a Po’olenalena so I was a bit worried about the sunset but as the sun came down the clouds parted and we had a spectacular sunset! I had a great time photographing the Conrad’s..they were such a fun easygoing family! Thank you guys for spending the evening with me. I hope that you enjoyd the rest of your time in the islands…

James & Molly ~ Makena Surf Beach…

I had the privilege to work with James and Molly this past Tuesday. I met them for the first time at their lovely wedding location. It was near Makena Surf Beach in Wailea but a bit more private. It was my first time there. What a gorgeous location! James and Molly were wonderful to work with. They are so sweet together and I was honored to be a part of their special day. They said the vows with the ocean behind them while their friends and family watched the joy on their faces. We were very pleased to have such a lovely sunset. Much thanks to Joanna for her help…

Curt & Whitney ~ Po’olenalena Beach, Wailea

I was so happy to meet up with Whitney and Curt for an engagement session yesterday evening. I met Whitney last year at the Honolulu Bridal expo and was thrilled that she chose me to photograph their wedding this June. We met at Po’olenalena beach a bit before sunset. We were very happy to have gorgeous weather, calm winds & a vibrant sunset. Curt and Whitney areĀ  so sweet together. It was such a joy to capture their affection for each other. I am very excited to be part of their wedding in a few months! Thanks you two for spending the evening with me…

Robby & Tiffany ~ Makena Surf Beach…

I had the privilege of capturing Tiffany and Robby’s special day earlier in the week. We met up at Big Makena Beach for some fun portraits before their ceremony. I love Big Beach. It has some awesome elements to photograph…an old bunker with graffiti, amazing trees and lots of cool greenery… add to that a gorgeous couple all dressed up and I am a very happy photographer! :) We headed to Makena Surf Beach where they had an intimate wedding ceremony by the ocean. Joanna and I were the only guests. I loved the spot that they picked for the ceremony. The greenery, black rocks and ocean were a perfect backdrop. Tiffany and Robby were wonderful to work with…they are very sweet together and it was a pleasure to capture their happiness on camera. Thank you two for sharing your day with us! We wish you two the best in you life together as husband and wife…

I fell in love with this area. I am so happy when the bride and groom don’t mind climbing in the bushes for me! :)
