Wayne & Jennie were married at Napili Bay in Kapalua..it was a breezy but sunny day on the West side of the island. They said “I Do’s” out on the black rocks overlooking the bay . A small group of family & friends along with their cute little boy, Jake were their to witness Jennie & Wayne’s special day. After the ceremony and a few group photos we heading up to the Napili Shores clubhouse where they could relax, cut their cake & enjoy some champagne in the shade. As the sun was getting a bit lower we headed off for a bit of a photo safari..we took portraits in lots of different areas around Napili & Kapalua…we ended up in Kaanapali for sunset. The happy couple ended their day with a luau & Dinner at the Hyatt in Kaanapali. Congratulations you two! Your day turned out so beautiful.. we wish you many more happy, fun filled days together.

Last year I had the privilege of photographing so many fun events! I am a bit behind on blog posting as this new year has started off with tons of fun new clients and a lot of catching up to do. I really wanted to share Scott & Kelly’s wedding from the end of last year. They were such a sweet couple to work with. They tied the knot on  a warm,  sunny day on Kapalua Bay Beach. They were surrounded by a lovely group of family & friends as the vowed their love to each other. I was a beautiful event. They stood in a circle of tropical flowers & proteas while the sun lit up their smiles. After the ceremony and a few portraits we headed up to the deck at Merrimans Restaurant where they had a private reception. The fire pit was lit, there was live entertainment & cocktails, the guests were relaxing  ( with a touch of signing & dancing the hula =) )… it was a beautiful evening. Thank you so much Scott & Kelly for having us there to capture your day. We wish you many more fun adventures as husband & wife!
