What a sunset…this was following the fire that happened in Lahaina. All of the smoke in the air made for a very vibrant sunset.

I traveled to the Hyatt regency in beautiful Kaanapali for a delightful honeymoon portrait session with Andy & Roxanne. We had quite an adventure! There was a fire in Lahaina which started the previous night and closed the one and only road in and out of the west side of the island. My fellow photographer Joanna and I were stranded in Lahaina for the evening. What a beautiful place to be stranded! We had a beautiful sunset and a lovely couple.
I had the opportunity to capture Angel and Hannah’s engagement portraits. Their wedding will be on July 28th. They brought along their two beautiful children to join in the fun. It was a gorgeous day at Kamaole II Beach. Another colorful sunset in Maui. I’m looking forward to the wedding:)…
